The promoter is Choo La La Pty Ltd A.B.N. 73 626 972 521 of 56 Woodville Road, Woodville South, SA.

The competition commences at 9am on 2nd September 2023and ends at 8.00pm on Sunday 10 September 2023.

There is one prize. The prize is one Visa Debit card of $1,000 in value.

Entry to the competition is by completing an entry form and submitting it to the promoter.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

The prize will be drawn by lot on Sunday 10th September 2023 at9pm, at The Showgrounds in Adelaide

The winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days of the draw.

The winner must claim the prize by no later than 5.00pm on 25thSeptember 2023 The prize must be claimed by the winner in-person from 56 Woodville Road, Woodville South SA, unless otherwise agreed with the promoter.

The winner’s name will be published on the promoter’s website.

If the prize is unclaimed by the date referred to in clause 8, then there will be a further draw on26th September 2023 at 10am, at 56 Woodville Road, Woodville South SA (“Second Chance Draw”). The winner of the Second-Chance Draw will be notified by phone and email within 7 days. The winner of the Second Chance Draw must claim the prize by no later than 5.00pm on 10th October 2023

It is a term of entry into the competition that all entrants agree to release the promoter and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any liability, cost or expense incurred in connection with the competition.
