Ness creates such an uplifting space where women can support one another, and Tuesday classes are always a highlight of my week. Her choreography is feminine, sexy, empowering, and always keeps us challenged. She's fun, a little wild in the best way, incredibly supportive, and just like the rest of us, wonderfully human. Our instructor Vanessa at the Brighton hub has a special way of making us feel at home, and comfortable in our own skin. Vanessa is always open to incorporate new ideas and has a great sense of humour. We always have a good laugh during class and leave each lesson feeling a sense of belonging
