Stacey brings so much energy to class she is like a little energiser bunny. Her routines are always fantastic even thought when we start then we'll all stand there thinking Omg she's going to kill us! Once we are together and with all her support, we love them. Stacey always encourages us to be us and to just get up and give it a go.

Stax is our little pocket rocket. The energy and creativity she brings to each routine at Craigmore is honestly off the charts. Thursday night is my favourite night of the week, where Stax and the Craigmore crew bring it!
