My choreography helps my classes to feel sexy, strong and find an inner confidence to try something new and to be challenged. Having levels of capability available allow my classes to feel conformable and confident of what they can achieve. I love instructing as it's a chance to be expressive and creative, but what I love the most is seeing my classes achieve something together they didn't at first think they could do. The adrenaline and excitement they feel is so rewarding. Knowing you're changing and enriching their lives for the better. I love a good arm combo and a good strong beat that builds. I love incorporating cheeky moves that can still make us laugh!

Jaz routines are always incredibly creative and lots of fun. I love her excitement and encouragement when we perform her routines, and it all comes together!
