I love to create routines that challenge my Choos to step out of their comfort zone and realise their full potential. This doesn't mean being perfect- my passion isn't creating a stock standard set of moves but helping women find out what shapes and styles suit their unique bodies and make them feel confident and sexy (even if you make a mistake they will own every glorious moment out there). My style is usually sassy, think hair flicks, cheeky facials and a whole lot of booty, but I do mix it up with different, new, exciting concepts/themes so that you're never doing the "same old same old."
